4. Managing stress:

Managing stress is important for your health and your blood pressure. There are ways of relieving stress and it depends on the individual and can be e.g Talk Walk, Reading Books, And Mindfulness.

5. Getting enough sleep:

Not sleeping well may increase the risk of high blood pressure. It is also known that BP dips while one is sleeping. So if you don’t sleep well, you may not experience this.
